…I didn't expect finding a somewhat similar cat to the one Michelle posted for the WPC. Anticipating flight (which could also be this post's title), I got as close as I might, to the cat anticipating the woman who feeds them. Can you spot it?
לטיול יצאתי ביום חורפי וכלל לא ציפיתי למצוא חתול דומה-משהו לאחד שמישל העלתה לאתגר הצילום השבועי. בציפייה לבריחה (מה שגם יכולה להיות כותרת הפוסט הזה), התקרבתי ככל האפשר, אל החתול המצפה לאישה המאכילה אותם. האם רואים אותו?
Even less easy to spot is this Eurasian Jay (sorry, it's all my camera can do). Which I particularly didn't want to scare off, as I don't get to see them as often as I'd like. (He's on the green railing).
ועוד יותר קשה להבחין בעורבני (מצטערת, רק לזאת המצלמה שלי מסוגלת). אותו במיוחד לא רציתי להפחיד, היות ולא יוצא לי לפגוש אותם לעיתים מספיק תכופות לטעמי. (הוא על הגדר הירוקה).
Though the cat being in a different garden, the Jay agreed to show me his back…

our winter day today is -21 C 🙂 – but the is shining. I came home from church, and as soon as I stopped my car, a group of sparrows flew under it – to be near the warmth of the engine.

the snow is light and fluffy and it's so cold it has a resounding squeeky crunch when you step on it on it 🙂

I can only imagine… The only time I got near snow it was in Romania, and to get to it I had to go up a cable car. I get vertigo at heights, so I couldn't go. I just saw it from afar. Maybe next time, who knows

dealing with snow is a state of mind – at least for us in the winter states 🙂

Though not in these words, snow came up in written and visual stories enough to suggest just that. But the practical me just wishes you and yours to keep warm and safe
